It makes sense to ensure you are not paying more than you need for your bills. www.direct.gov.uk offers comprehensive information about support available to carers who may be struggling to pay utility bills. You can call Warmfront on 0800 316 2805 or visit www.warmfront.co.uk . Warmfront also advises on energy efficiency, as does the Energy Saving Trust. Call 0800 512 012 or visit www.energysavingtrust.org.uk . You may also like to explore other avenues, such as the www.moneysavingexpert.com or www.utilitywarehouse.co.uk.

You can reduce your normal shopping bills by surfing for discount vouchers. These range from money off your supermarket shop to price comparisons. Try www.vouchercodes.co.uk , www.everydaysale.co.uk and www.mysupermarket.co.uk.
