Buy with confidence
Rip-off scams, scams and cowboy tradesmen. Can you ever trust the people working in your home? Can you buy goods and services with confidence? The answer to these questions is "yes" thanks to a new Brighton & Hove City Council Trading Standards initiative. "Buy with Confidence" promotes and supports good, reliable tradesmen and retailers in the city, whilst providing an approved trader list. Member committees have been independently checked by staff from City Council's Trading Standard Service for compliance with the letter and spirit of the law.
