Our services: Coaching for people with Asperger's Syndrome and their families in a structured and supported format.
Our work: Coaching is delivered by phone by two coaches (one for the family, and for the person with Asperger's Syndrome), both of whom are in regular touch with each and Bill Goodyear.
Variations to this basic structure are often necessary according to individual needs.
Coaching enables individuals to find the best possible way forward to their goals, and is entirely based on the development of a positive relationship between the coach and the coached. This relationship itself is strong in its positive effect, and over time is a major factor in encouraging people to make changes in the way they do things.
