Our work: Our specialist help enables adults with learning disabilities to achieve more in their lives through choice, inclusion, rights and independence.
Our services:
- Community Learning Disability Team - provides care management and social work services as well as specialist health services
- Day Support Service - day time support and respite for adults with learning disabilities enabling them to engage in their community and in activities they would otherwise be unable
to do - Short Breaks Service - an overnight respite service to give carers a short break from their caring responsibilities
- Accommodation Services - accommodation and accommodation support for those with learning disabilities, including adaptations in the home
