Our Work: Care Management Group (CMG) is a specialist provider of services for people with learning and physical disabilities, mental health needs, complex health needs and additional needs including challenging behaviour.
Our Services: In Brighton and Hove we provide a variety of specialist person centred services including supported living services, domiciliary care and outreach services, day and residential services.
We offer:
- A person centred and outcomes focussed approach
- up to 24 hour staff support
- Support with life and independence skills development
- Support identify and maintain education placements and/or employment
- Support to identify and attend social and leisure acitivities
- A focus on community and reintegration and re-enablement.
